what our guests say...

July 2010 - The only feedback I can give you is to keep doing what you're doing, your
hotel is fantastic!  We were so impressed with your staff, the cleanliness,
the facilities (we loved the in-suite laundry, suite layout and the patio),
the security of the building - I can't say enough good things.  We have
stayed in a lot of hotels all over the world and yours could compete with
any of our favourites for location, service & quality.
This was our first experience booking through booking.com and I am so glad
that we used the website or we probably would have never heard about Times
Square Suites.  My husband usually makes the reservations but this time I
was in charge and he couldn't stop complimenting me (trust me, this is a
rarity) on choosing your hotel.
We look forward to staying with you again!

July 2010 - We stayed at your suites twice in the last two weeks and can only say how impressed we were with them. The suites themselves were very comfortable, spacious and clean. It was much more like staying in a home than in a hotel. However, on top of that the service we received from your staff was excellent. On our arrival last Thursday we were greeted pleasantly and then, with no prompting, told about the free film showing in Stanley Park that night, given clear instructions on timing and location, and then told about the fireworks on Saturday evening, and also given clear instructions on how to see them and when. We would not have known about either of these events if your staff had not told us.
Further, on Saturday morning we were going to the Caprilano Suspension bridge. We checked on how to get there, and were immediately given some vouchers for discounts, and clear instructions on how to get there.
Most city centre hotels provide information to their clientele, but few would go out of their way to provide that information unless asked. A real benefit from staying with you.
Finally we had some problems getting a DVD to play in our suite. Within minutes someone was with us and explaining what we had to do.All of the staff we met were helpful and friendly, and contributed to a very enjoyable stay in Vancouver. We will undoubtedly recommend you to anyone we hear of who is travelling to Vancouver. Much better than a hotel.

April 2010 - We have stayed in a great number of serviced apartments all across the world in many years of travel. Coming to Times Square Suites was an exceptional experience. The apartment was whistle clean, absolutely super equipped and the service was truly excellent. There is no doubt that we will return and that we will recommend the apartments at any opportunity.
The location is so central to all amenities, whether it is shopping, going to restaurants or use public transport. It is handy to anything and everything. And with Stanley Park just around the corner there are so many opportunities for wonderful nature walks.

Both my wife and I stayed here for just one night. We were not sure what to expect, however, the room was fantastic. The room was spotless, was a great size with kitchen and living room, separate bedroom (one bedroom suite). The front desk was very helpful and inviting, very friendly. Being on the corner of Robson and Denman Streets, I was concerned about the traffic noise. However that did not bother us at all. It was relatively quiet and we got a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this place for both location and service. I was truly impressed.

I recommend the "TSS" to anyone visiting Vancouver.

Having the maid service every few days was a real bonus and being able to buy everything we needed from Safeway just across the street was really convenient.
The hotel was in a fantastic location - you could walk to Stanley Park, Coal Harbour, English Bay beach and Robson Street shops - everything you could possibly want.
The lift was a source of constant amusement for everybody at the hotel, including the staff, as it seemed to take an interminable amount of time to arrive once you had called it and there is only one lift! but it's one of the idiosyncracies of being at the hotel.
Having underground, secure parking was a big bonus and we never had any problem finding a space.
Also having the roof top BBQ was a nice feature with great views as the sun went down.
Overall a big thumbs up from us.
