Times Square Suites ranks high as Tripadvisor guest favourite in Vancouver!

Vancouver is not undiscovered, in fact, there are 114 hotels listed on Tripadvisor.com. This powerful review site can be a key factor in trip planning and also for us, as hotel operators, to learn more about guest experience and expectations. Often, even with a comment card, guests do not share the highs and lows of their stay with us. We never take this personally, as we would expect that people would rather be walking the seawall, exploring Stanley Park, shopping on Robson or dining on Denman than writing letters to us! Imagine our joy when we found that our Tripadvisor ranking hovers between 1 and 2 for Vancouver hotels, based on guest reviews. We can't tell you how we jumped up and down and hip swayed at that reality! So, what does this mean? We can relax ~ no way! We will try even harder now to ensure we keep pleasing our guests in our homestyle fashion. Thanks to our staff for their loyalty and attention to detail and to our guests for taking initiative to write about their suite, the location and the service.

Bright Nights in Stanley Park with Times Square Suites

Just a few minutes walk from Times Square Suites, nestled in the forest, is the magical train ride that signals the Christmas season is here!

More than a million twinkling lights transform the forest, train and Children's Farmyard. Explore the woodland paths leading to enchanting, animated displays and holiday sounds. A Christmas family tradition for over 20 years, the train wends its way through the forest past Santa's workshop, an international village and the much loved Moose in the middle of the glistening waterway.

The aroma of hot chocolate, fresh popcorn and roasted nuts brings back childhood memories. Visit Santa in his 'Living Room' at the Train Station.

All donations collected at the event, and partial proceeds from the sale of tickets for the train, go to Vancouver Firefighters Burn Fund to help burn survivors and their families.

Families, couples and all those who love the Christmas spirit can enjoy a night out in the park and then stroll back to Times Square Suites to snuggle up in front of the fireplace!
