Times Square Suites

long term accommodations in the heart of downtown Vancouver’s West End.

Rates vary by season, length of stay and advance payment. Nightly rates are based in Canadian dollars and tax will be additional.

Full payment is processed upon check in.

Our low season runs from October to April, our mid-season months are May, June and September, and our high season are the summer months of July and August.

Times Square Suites Hotel Vancouver extended stay rates (30 nights or longer) are tax exempt.

Early Check Outs/Changes After Arrival

Early Check Outs/Changes After Arrival: Early check-outs are charged at the full amount. No refunds. For any changes made on the day of arrival or during the stay, the full length of stay will be charged. No refunds. Extended-stay guests (staying 30-day stay or longer) wishing to depart before their scheduled departure date are required to give Times Square Suites Hotel seven days’ notice in order to avoid a charge of seven days. If the change results in a stay of less than 30 days in duration, the nightly rate will revert to the best available daily or weekly rate and is subject to the addition of applicable taxes.

Cancellations In Advance Of Arrival

Cancellations In Advance Of Arrival: Cancellations must be provided in writing, either by email or fax (1.604.684.2225) with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled arrival time in order to avoid a penalty charge of 1 (one) night plus taxes. One week (7 nights) notice prior to arrival for long-term 30-night stay or more reservations are required in order to avoid a penalty charge of 7 (seven) nights plus taxes. After check-in, early departures are charged for the entire reservation amount with no refunds.

Advance Purchase Rate

Advance Purchase Rate: Full prepayment is due at time of booking and is non-refundable, non-changeable & non-transferable. Cardholder must be present at time of check-in and produce the credit card used for payment as well as photo identification.

Specific Suite Requests

We will do our best to honour specific suite requests though cannot guarantee them. We will ensure that suite type is maintained though an upgrade may be implemented without advanced notification.

Our Large 2 Bedroom and Two bedroom/Two bathroom suite configurations have a king bed in the second bedroom. Twin beds are available ON REQUEST - in advance of arrival.

Accessible Accommodations

Accessible Accommodations: Times Square Suites Hotel offers somehelpful amenities for guests with disabilities, including elevator-access to all floors and handrails in all tub/showers. Second-floor suites feature hardwood floors, which may be preferable for guests with wheelchairs.

Smoking Policy

Smoking Policy: For the comfort of all our guests, Times Square Suites Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. This means that all suites and balconies are non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). Guests who smoke in a suite or on a balcony will incur $500.00CAD plus tax charge for resetting (including painting) the suite to non-smoking standards. We are happy to provide a designated smoking area on the rooftop patio for our guests and we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Number of Persons in Suite

Number of Persons in Suite: Each suite is priced based on a set number of adults. An additional adult in the suite is subject to a $20CAD per night plus tax fee and must use existing beds (including sofabed). There is a maximum occupancy for each type of suite. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to making your reservation.

Children under 12 are free when using existing beds (including the sofabed). Times Square Suites Hotel offers complimentary cribs, highchairs and cots, which are available upon request. Please advise us prior to arrival.


Conduct: Please be mindful of other guests in the hotel and keep noise levels to a minimum. Our hotel has a zero-tolerance noise policy. If there is a noise complaint from other guests or neighbours, you will be issued a warning. If there is a second noise complaint, you will be asked to leave the hotel premises without a refund.

No underage drinking or any illegal substances are permitted in or on hotel grounds. Either of these violations will result in immediate expulsion from the hotel premises and the involvement of law enforcement.

The person who rented and signed for the hotel suite will be charged for any damages or theft sustained in the suite which you occupy, any hotel property damaged by you or your guest, or noise which impacts another guests' overnight experience.

Times Square Suites Hotel is not responsible for guest’s personal items. Theft or damage of personal items inside the hotel, parking lots and common areas is the responsibility of the guest.


Parking: We have parking available for $25 CAD per night in our underground parking garage. The clearance of the garage is 6'4"/1.94m. You do not need to reserve a parking space although please contact us if you will have an over-height vehicle.

Pet Guidelines

Pet Guidelines: Pet-friendly suites are available between October 1 and April 30 only. While guests do not need to call the hotel directly to book these suites, please make a note in your reservations that you are travelling with a pet so we can make sure a pet suite is available.

There is a minimum three-night stay with pets, with a $45 plus tax pet fee for those nights, and $15 plus tax for each additional night with a maximum charge of $100 plus tax; this fee covers the cleaning costs upon your departure. Our pet-friendly suites are located on the second floor only. Please note there a maximum of one small pet per room and pets must NOT be left unattended in the suite. Noise violations are subject to conduct guidelines.

Due to allergy concerns with other guests, we do not allow non-guest visitors with pets in our suites or common areas (ie, the rooftop patio); violation of this policy is subject to a $200CAD plus taxcharge.
